Domestic Couple - Hampton Court area, KT8Salary: £85,000 joint (flexible) | Vehicle provided | Accommodation includedStart Date: ASAPA highly responsible, mature & experienced domestic couple is required for a prestigious private residence near Hampton Court. The current domestic couple are retiring after 20 years, and they will be available to assist with training and support remotely.This is a long-term opportunity for a hands-on, proactive couple who can oversee the smooth running of the household, manage contractors, and provide high-level housekeeping services. The principal requires a couple who can work unsupervised when the home is vacant, but also be flexible and fully engaged when the they is in residence.Key Responsibilities:

• Housekeeping & Laundry: Maintaining the interior to a high standard, including cleaning, laundry, and wardrobe management.
• Cooking: Simple, basic meal preparation as required.
• Estate & Household Management: Overseeing contractors, managing household operations, and ensuring the property runs efficiently.
• Errands & Driving (Bonus): Running errands as needed; a driving license is beneficial but not essential.
• Pet Care: A large but super friendly dog lives in the household (dog walker employed), so the couple must be dog-friendly.
• Security & Teamwork: Working alongside the existing team, including a security team, EA, and two part-time gardeners.

Requirements:

• Mature, responsible, and discreet individuals with excellent organisational skills.
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a large high level private household.
• Ability to work independently and be proactive.
• Flexibility with working hours, especially when the principal is in residence.
• Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with the wider household staff.
