Experienced Drama Teachers can take on a TLR such as KS3 Coordinator, Pastoral Responsibility and more. Early Career Teachers will be enrolled onto the schools very own bespoke ECT induction, as well as work alongside a range of young & experienced Drama Teachers.

Drama Teacher / Drama ECT Job Description:

• Outer London Pay Scale MPS1-UPS3
• Deliver high-quality and engaging Drama lessons to pupils across KS3 and KS4,
• Plan and prepare lessons, ensuring they are well-structured and meet the needs of all pupils,
• Prepare pupils for exams, including setting regular assessments and providing feedback on progress,
• Attend and contribute to department meetings and school-wide CPD opportunities.

• UK QTS IS ESSENTIAL,
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons,

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
