Job Title: Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.Location: Nottingham, East Midlands. Salary / Benefits £24k - £42k + Training + BenefitsFuture Select specialise in recruitment within the Asbestos industry, and we are working with an independent and nationally recognised UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy. They are now seeking to take on a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their team. You will be covering Commercial, Industrial, Educational, and Healthcare sites in the Yorkshire / Midlands region, carrying out the full range of surveying and analytical duties in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Beeston, Derby, Alfreton, Mansfield, Matlock, Chesterfield, Sheffield, Worksop, Rotherham, Doncaster, Barnsley , Wakefield, Leeds, Bradford, Keighley, Halifax, Huddersfield. Experience & Qualifications: " Will hold the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent." Will have experience working hands on as a Surveyor / Analyst for a UKAS accredited Asbestos consultancy. " Experience working on Industrial, Commercial, Educational and Healthcare sites. " Excellent practical knowledge of HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. " Able to use TEAMS / TRACKER systems. " Excellent organisational skills. " Able to communicate with clients and colleagues efficiently. The Role:" Working on a mixed portfolio of sites to carry out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys. " Ensuring to carry out reinspection surveys for quality purposes." Carrying out 4 stage clearances as well as leak, smoke, re-assurance, background, and personal air testing. " Providing clients with certificates of re-occupation upon completion of work. " Auditing contractors on site in line with company and client needs. " Ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 264 / HSH 248 guidelines. " Liaising with clients, providing support and consultancy advice when required. " Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to provide detailed reports.
