Dutch speaking Customer Success Manager - Language Matters : Job Details

Join a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to redefining hotel operations through an hotel management platform. Our client is looking for a Dutch speaking Customer Success Manager to support customers in the Benelux market and join their office in either Lisbon, Breda or Gent!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Being the point of contact for customers cultivating trust and strong relationships
• Providing expert advice on products tailored to customers' business needs, maximising sales opportunities
• Optimising hoteliers' experiences through feedback and usage data
• Training and empowering hoteliers' to maximise products
• Supporting with customer retention strategies

About you:

You are a highly motivated individual with a passion for customer success. You excel in communication and relationship-building, and you are not afraid to up-sell. You thrive in a high-tech, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and have strong prioritisation abilities. In this full-time position you will join a multicultural office and have the chance to work one day per week from home.
