Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a commando training facility in Exmouth, who are looking for a Duty Manager to join their busy team.

This position offers an amazing work/life balance with predominantly Monday to Friday working hours.

What's involved?

As a Duty Manager in a MOD site, you will be leading a team of F&B staff - therefore, you will need the ability to work inside a fast paced environment and supporting the kitchen. As well as overseeing the development and execution of events strategy.

You will oversee the main mess catering, as well as work with the mess committee to plan and deliver a number of functions attended by the senior Royal Marine personnel.

Experience of managing a team and execution of events is essential for this Duty Manager position.
