World Class Hospitality
National Theatre Food & Drink is a unique partnership between the National Theatre, Levy UK&I and KERB. Together we are creating a dynamic food and drink destination embedded within the heart of the NT’s operations, ensuring all public-facing venues, as well as internal hospitality and commercial events, support the NT’s overall vision, values, and culture.
Purpose
The Duty Manager is a key front of house leader in the NT Food & Drink Operations and its associated areas. This role is a floor-based role and you’ll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of operations in our Understudy department, and the first point of contact for Team Leaders if they need assistance, as well as the wider building operations setup. You will manage and support Team Leaders and Customer Service Assistant to provide highly visible leadership front of house, greeting and engaging with customers. You will lead, supervise, motivate and support to coordinate team members, ensuring delivery of a world class hospitality experience to all patrons of the NT.
