- Drive D365 + Power Platform Projects in the right direction with exceptional technical leadership.
- Develop high-quality architectural designs and solutions
- Lead project teams by helping with issue resolutions and providing expert advice on digital solutions
- Liaise with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into well planned technology solutions.
- Ensure that all members of the project team are aligned in their vision by using a clear and concise communication style.
Skills & Qualifications
- Significant Experience with Contact Centre technologies and Omni-Channel operations.
- Technical experience with modern methods of contact I.E Telephony, Chat-bots etc.
- Deep understanding of A.I within contact centre solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for mentoring colleagues.
