• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design effective solutions, focusing on Sales and Marketing modules.
• Oversee full life cycle implementations, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system adoption.
• Work closely with technical teams to align functional specifications with technical requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics CRM consulting.
• Proven track record of 2+ full life cycle implementations.
• Strong expertise in Sales and Marketing modules of Dynamics CRM.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
