Location: This is a full time, hybrid role with a base location offered at offices across England.  Candidates may be expected to work from a main office once per month.

Reed Talent Professionals are supporting a reputable Housing Association based in London in the search for a Dynamics Field Services Architect join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing technical solutions to business problems, ensuring the stability and performance of the Dynamics 365 Field Services systems. This hands-on role requires a highly experienced individual who is ready to take the next step in their technical design and delivery career.

Day to Day of the role:

• Lead the creation of solution architecture designs to provide a secure, stable, and performant platform for customers.
• Utilise out-of-the-box functionality to ensure simplicity in adoption, support, and upgrades.
• Maintain and update architecture documentation to reflect changes.
• Implement solutions using best practices, including error tracking and monitoring.
• Manage and develop a functional consultant, aligning work packages with business priorities.
• Oversee implementations and review output from technical and functional consultants.
• Guide and mentor consultants and investigate and resolve complex issues with the team.
• Facilitate demos and customer playbacks to showcase functionality.
• Perform detailed impact analysis and ensure new features provide value and reduce customisation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Substantial experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Dynamics 365 Field Services and Field Service Mobile solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (TypeScript preferred), C#, RESTful Web APIs, SQL (T-SQL preferred), Microsoft Power Platform services, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with resource scheduling optimisation and version control systems (e.g., TFS or Git), Azure DevOps or similar.
• Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Certification or equivalent experience.
• Desirable: Knowledge of Microsoft Azure principles and security, experience with HTML, .NET/ASP.NET, SSIS, Dynamics 365 CE, Sales and Marketing, and data migration tools like KingswaySoft.
• A degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required, as is ITIL foundation certification.
