As a small yet impactful consultancy, our client is dedicated to fostering innovation and providing exceptional service to their clients.Position Overview: We are seeking passionate and skilled Intermediate to Senior level Dynamics 365 CRM Consultants (technical or functional backgrounds) to join our client’s growing team. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with clients to implement and integrate Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service solutions, ensuring they meet their unique business needs.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions using Dynamics 365.
• Lead or support the implementation and integration of Dynamics 365 CRM with third-party systems.
• Deliver training and support to clients to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices to provide cutting-edge solutions.
• Engage in team knowledge sharing and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
• A track record of successful implementations and integrations with third-party systems.
• Experience with Power Platform is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are highly desirable.
• Fluent in German; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
