E-Commerce Manager - HR GO Recruitment : Job Details

Our client is an ambitious and fast-growing company within the beauty industry based in Gillingham, they provide exceptional products and services to their customers. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Manager to join the team and drive online sales and presence to new heights.

Job Description:

As the E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive online sales growth and enhance the overall customer experience on our e-commerce platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the online shopping experience, manage product listings, analyse sales data, and identify opportunities for improvement. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our online presence and ensuring that our e-commerce platform remains competitive and profitable.

Work Pattern

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth and increase customer engagement

- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory to optimize sales performance

- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and IT teams to enhance the online shopping experience

- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make data-driven decisions

- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitiveness

- Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations, data protection laws, and industry standards

Skills/Experience

• Strong background in Ecommerce/online selling (essential)
• Experienced in managing Shopify websites
• Experienced in developing SEO strategies
• Experienced in Google PPC campaigns
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central
• HTML/website coding knowledge (preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and proactive
