E-Commerce Manager - Just Recruitment Group Ltd : Job Details

Just Recruitment is working with an innovative business, looking to recruit a E-Commerce Manager, to join their team, based on the outskirts of Colchester.The key purpose of this role is to lead their global E-Commerce strategy. This is an exciting role to help shape the future of this company by getting involved at an early stage. The ideal candidate will be a team player as well as being self-motivated to strive for improvement across the business. You will be highly organised and capable of managing a dynamic workload, whilst relishing working with internal and external stakeholders.Key duties include:To oversee the roll out of our Shopify platform on a global basis. This will involve the launch of around 12 new markets in 2025In addition, we are looking to expand our presence on Amazon and some other online marketplacesBuild on our E-Commerce strategic plan, focusing on setting realistic revenue targets and objectivesWorking with existing distributors to clearly understand their E-Commerce requirementsManage and own the digital marketing strategy including SEO, PPC and Social Media - including managing external digital agencies.Analyse usage, traffic and sales data and make strategic recommendationsTo be considered for this role, you must have the following skills and experience:Direct and meaningful experience of E-Commerce platforms, ideally Shopify and AmazonPractical experience of the configuration and build of E-Commerce platforms - ideally we are looking for someone who can undertake at least the basic configuration processesA good understanding of the challenges of the global expansion of our E-Commerce strategy, including meeting localised legal requirements, currency issues, language and localised fulfilmentAbility to build a global digital marketing strategy designed to drive salesA good understanding of digital marketing techniques including SEO, PPC and Social Media integrationsIdeally have experience of working with other online sales channels and marketplaces such as Amazon, Rakuten and FlipkartExperience in a similar role, ideally in manufacturing or B2C product marketingExcellent analytical and financial skillsA keen creative eye and attention to detailA team playerAbility to work to demanding deadlinesExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenThis role is office based Monday to Thursday - with the ability to work from home on a Friday.Full time working hours - Monday to Friday and due to company location - you need to have access to your own transport.Offering a competitive package for the right candidate, this is an exciting opportunity, to be involved in the growth of a business.
