EA based in RUISLIP, Middlesex - Angela Mortimer : Job Details

We are currently looking for an EA to join a corporate firm based in Ruislip, West London. This will be paying 45-50k and is an office based position. Corporate EA experience is needed in a fast paced environment.

The role

- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the directors

- Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and transportation

- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed

- Assist with personal errands, such as, booking appointments, Dealing with taxing cars, collating, and checking Credit card bills

- Liaise with the franchisor, property agents, suppliers, and stakeholders on behalf of the directors
