This position calls for an exceptional EA who will provide high-level administrative support to the CFO / COO within a fast paced environment. This role will also involve some HR duties so any previous HR experience would be desirable.

Description
The key responsibilities:
- Provide executive assistance to the CFO/COO
- Coordinate project activities across various departments
- Prepare presentations for board meetings.
- Maintain and manage schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
- Take minutes in meetings and follow up on meetings.
- Assist with various projects across the organisation
- Coordinate internal communication and manage information flow
- Plan and coordinate company events
- Handle confidential documents and act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients.
- Handle HR tasks such as employment contracts, recruitment & onboarding new starters.
Profile
A successful EA / HR Coordinator should have:
- Solid experience of working as an EA to C-Suite level
- A solid understanding of HR practices and principles.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
- CIPD qualification would be desirable
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
