The key responsibilities for the EA role are:
- Strategic Calendar Management: Organise and manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring alignment with key priorities and business objectives.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule, prepare agendas, and provide thorough follow-up for internal and external meetings, including board meetings.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, handling correspondence, calls, and inquiries with professionalism.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate complex travel itineraries, ensuring seamless logistics for domestic and international trips.
- Document Preparation: Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and briefs for meetings and strategic initiatives.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the CEO.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with utmost care and confidentiality.
- Project Support: Assist with special projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company goals.

The successful candidate for the EA role is someone with the following:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite executives.
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, and other relevant tools.
