We are seeking a highly organized and proactiveExecutive Personal Assistantto support a senior executive within one of the regions most prestigious ventures. This role requires a skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and can maintain confidentiality while managing diverse responsibilities across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel coordination.
- Manage and prioritize a dynamic calendar, ensuring efficient time management.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Conduct research and compile data to assist with decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively address issues before they arise.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
- Discretion, adaptability, and a high level of professionalism.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours when necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
The ideal candidate will have experience as an EA / PA for in a fast paced environment.
