Executive Assistant to Board DirectorSalary: Competitive and based on experienceLocation: Canary WharfContract: 6 - 8 WeeksOur client is seeking a highly organised and dependable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Board Director. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, representing 75 shareholders/countries. The successful candidate will have the chance to interact with internal staff bank-wide, including Senior Management and the President's Office, as well as Shareholders, Senior Government Officials, Embassies in the UK and overseas, and the business community.
What you'll do:As an Executive Assistant to Board Director, your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within the board office. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, handling complex diary management, and facilitating key meetings. Your excellent organisational skills will be utilised in managing logistics for travel and annual meetings. Your ability to handle sensitive information with discretion will be crucial in this role. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to interact closely with high-level stakeholders both internally and externally.
What you bring:The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant position brings a wealth of experience from the banking sector or an International Financial Institution (IFI). You possess strong organisational skills that allow you to manage complex situations independently. Your excellent communication skills enable you to interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. A deep understanding of EBRD's mandate and operations is crucial for this role. Additionally, your political awareness, networking abilities, and diplomatic skills set you apart. Proficiency in English is required, while knowledge of a foreign language would be advantageous.
