EA to Director - Dove & Hawk : Job Details

EA to Director - Maida Vale - £50,000 to £60,000 My client is a growing, fast paced and boutique real estate investment & development firm engaged in buying, developing and managing £100M worth of residential and commercial real estate across the UK. They are on the lookout for a highly motivated EA to provide support to the Director and Manager with all aspect of their personal and business duties. Role and Responsibilities

• Assist the investment team with their administrative processes / transactions searching and negotiating new business opportunities
• Some office management duties may be required: handle incoming post, occasionally support the office administrator with meeting and greeting walk ins, managing office supplies
• Searching for tenants
• Liaise with various contractors for repairs or maintenance works
• Liaising with a variety of professionals (e.g solicitors, brokers, accountants) during an investment project / process
• Support with negotiating contracts or services
• Document production
• Travel arrangements
• Diary management
• Organising gifts
• Assist with donations
• Booking restaurants and organising some events

Skills Required:

• Solid PA / EA experience within a property investment & development firm
• Good computer skills to include using Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and eager to learn
• Ability to learn at a fast pace
• Great organisational skills
• Time management
• Able to use own initiative and work on tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to work as a team or independently
• Flexible approach
