We are looking for a fantastic EA to support the Global CEO of an expanding business with global investments. This a REMOTE role, however, you will need to be able to work from their Greater Manchester office approximately twice a month. Hours are 9-5:30pm. Some key responsibilities include:
- Diary and meeting management (across multiple time zones)
- Global travel booking to include flights, hotels, transfers, itineraries etc.
- Preparing packs/agendas/minutes
- Assisting with additional project work
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an EA, supporting global C-level executives
- Advanced IT and MS Office skills
- Excellent communication skills and discretion at all levels
- Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail
