About the Role

Working within the larger HR team, this role provides assistance across pastoral care and development.

Duties include:

• Support with development programmes for trainee population
• Act as first point of contact for trainees
• Manage performance, appraisals and feedback
• Manage ER issues
• Identify training needs and deliver training
• Lead on seat rotation process
• Coach Partners and Managers
• Support with change management projects

Job Requirements

You will have previous experience of working in HR gained within a professional services environment and preferably of working with trainees. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude are essential. This is a great opportunity to take on a role with interesting projects.
