Early Careers Coordinator

Are you organised, have an eye for detail, passionate about training and development and looking for your first step into Early Careers within a national organisation?

Here at Marston Holdings our Early Careers Department is seeking a new coordinator, reporting to the Early Careers Manager you will be supporting our apprentices, graduates, internships and work placements on their learning journey. You must be an effective communicator, proactive approach, able to be promote Early Careers to internal and external stakeholders and be a key part of the Talent and Reward Team.

We will support you to achieve a Level 3 Apprenticeship with the opportunity to progress onto the next level.

What you will be doing:

  • Monitoring and process Expression of Interests.
  • Arranging information advice and guidance meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Accurately record early careers data from reports, monitoring early leaver and achievers
  • Tracking learner progress escalating areas of concern and/or celebrating success.
  • Preparing monthly reports.
  • Coordinating Early Careers Community groups, either face to face or remote.
  • Actively support early careers recruitment for upskilling, new into business, career progression.
  • Supporting internal and external national early careers promotional activities.
  • Collecting and share early careers good new stories, support celebrating success.
  • Fostering good relationships with schools, colleges and universities
  • Supporting and attend national Early Careers events.
  • Working towards successfully achieving a Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship standard

What we are looking for:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritise workload.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Nuance PDF

New starters will be subject to clearance through the Disclosure and Barring Service and a County Court Judgment check. In addition, the post holder is expected to keep the Company updated if their personal circumstances change.
