Pertemps has a fantastic opportunity for a social worker within an Early Help team in Liverpool.Your responsibilities will include:

• Work with families, children, and young people to provide early intervention and support.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify needs and develop personalized support plans.
• Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and other agencies to ensure a holistic approach to family support.
• Offer guidance, advice, and practical help to improve family dynamics and outcomes for children.
• Monitor and review progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing needs.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
