A nursery that we represent in the Forest of Dean need a compassionate, patient and empathetic individualwith a passion for making a difference in the lives of children.KeyResponsibilities:

• Provide support with manual handling, care, changing and feeding.
• Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to support each child's development.
• Engage in physically active tasks to support students' needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with children
• A proactive and resilient attitude.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
