We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Assistant to join our team in Tilehurst (OX3). Whether you're a qualified professional (Level 2 or 3 in Childcare or equivalent) or have experience in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 without formal qualifications, we welcome your application!

Working Hours & Salary:

• Hours: Full-time role, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am - 3:30pm with Wraparound childcare hours available.
• Salary: Dependent on qualifications and experience. Tilehurst based

Role Responsibilities:

• Support EYFS children's learning and development in a nurturing and engaging environment.
• Assist with daily activities, including play-based learning, phonics, and creative arts.
• Help set up and tidy learning areas, ensuring a safe and stimulating space.
• Work closely with teachers and practitioners to support individual learning needs.
• Encourage social, emotional, and communication development through structured and free play.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with young children in EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
• A positive, patient, and enthusiastic approach to childcare.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for child development.
• A relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification is desirable but not essential.
