Tradewind are on a search for an enthusiastic and driven Early Years Practitioner who is eager to develop their skills in SEN.

If you are looking for a role in Education, to support children ages 3 - 4 years with special needs, Tradewind have a number of brilliant opportunities!

We have partnered up with a vibrant primary school based in the borough of Westminster who are looking to appoint an Early Years Practitioner to support SEN pupils in a Nursery class. This is a full-time, long-term role commencing in September 2024 until at least July 2025, with a daily rate ranging between £85 - £100.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an Early Years Practitioner, or a Learning Support Assistant and have a genuine interest in working within EYFS & SEN. You must be available full-time and long-term from September 2024.

About the role:

• General classroom support and group work with SEN pupils
• Class of approximately 22 pupils, with 4-5 SEN children
• SEN pupils have moderate learning needs
• Create a stimulating learning environment and model positive behaviour
• Lead intervention groups and work 1:1 when necessary
