Sanza Teaching Agency is delighted to partner with a supportive and inclusive primary school in the heart of Islington. We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Early Years Practitioner to join their dedicated team, working within their under-3s provision to provide exceptional care and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Plan and implement creative and engaging activities that support each child's unique developmental journey.
  • Foster children's personal, social, and emotional growth in a caring and inclusive setting.
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress, sharing updates with parents and carers.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment, ensuring the well-being of all children.
  • Collaborate closely with the early years team, promoting the school's ethos and values.
About You

We're looking for a dedicated Early Years Practitioner who is:

  • Qualified: Holds an NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experienced: Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is essential, particularly with children under 3.
  • Passionate: Shows a genuine enthusiasm for supporting young children's development.
  • Caring: Warm, nurturing, and skilled at building positive relationships with children and their families.
  • Organized: Efficient in managing tasks and maintaining a structured approach to daily activities.
  • Knowledgeable: Familiar with safeguarding practices and health and safety requirements.
