The Role

We are looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive nursery in South West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a welcoming team that values your skills and encourages professional growth.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will provide high-quality care and education to young children, helping them develop in a safe and nurturing environment. You will support learning through play, build strong relationships with children and parents, and ensure that every child gets the best possible start in life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a warm, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
  • Support children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity and confidence
  • Observe, monitor, and record children's progress
  • Work closely with parents and carers to support each child’s individual needs
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children

The Person

We welcome applications from both experienced practitioners and those new to the field. To be considered, you must have one of the following:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A degree assessed by ECCTIS
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education

You should also have:

  • A caring and patient approach to working with children
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • A commitment to supporting children's well-being and learning

Salary : 26500 - 32000
