The ideal candidate

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or a related field); A recognized undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education or Primary Education with a focus on early years learning is generally required.
• Teaching Certification: A valid teaching qualification or certification, such as a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education), QTS (Qualified Teacher Status), or equivalent certification specific to Early Years education.
• Experience in Early Years Education: At least 2 years of teaching experience in an Early Years setting (such as nursery, preschool, or kindergarten) is preferred, though less experienced candidates may also be considered depending on their qualifications.
• Knowledge of Early Years Curriculum: Familiarity with internationally recognized early years frameworks, such as the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), the IB PYP (International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme).
