Teaching Assistant - EYFS (SEND) - Primary School in Tameside

Tradewind is currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work in a Primary School in Tameside, supporting an EYFS class with a broad spectrum of SEND needs. The school is looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual who can provide tailored support, ensuring that all children can thrive in their learning environment.

• Supporting children across EYFS with a diverse range of SEND.
• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide individualised learning support.
• Using your strong knowledge of the EYFS framework to assist in the planning and delivery of engaging activities.
• Encouraging a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.

• Has an excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Is confident and experienced in supporting children with SEND.
• Can adapt their approach to meet the unique needs of each child.
• Is proactive, patient, and enthusiastic about making a difference.
