£45,000 to £55,000 + Company Benefits

This is a key role, where you would be taking a leadership role in and ultimately becoming the No2 within the organisation.

In this role, the successful Ecologist would be responsible for a small team, making sure projects are allocated accordingly and run smoothly as well as general ecological responsibilities.

The ideal Ecologist would either be local to Inverness, within a commutable distance or wanting to relocate to Inverness.

The Role:

• Conduct ecological surveys to identify issues that could harm the natural world
• Provide advice to landowners and local authorities on ecological legal matters
• Manage a team of Ecologists
• Prepare ecological reports and advice

The Person:

• Ecologist
• Wants to be a team leader
• Local to Inverness or planning to relocate there
