We have partnered with a renowned UK retailer on a key Digital Analytics hire.
THE ROLE
The successful eCommerce Digital Analytics Lead responsibilities will include:
- Monitor and analyse website performance metrics, including visits, clicks, opens, bounces, channel analysis, and page type interactions
- Assist Product Owners in understanding the impact of newly launched features and modules. Track and report on the performance of new elements, such as the revamped homepage
- Oversee the e-commerce analytics function, ensuring that tagging and tracking requirements are met by our offshore resources
- Manage analytics projects, delivering insightful reports and recommendations that drive business growth and improve user experience
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful eCommerce Digital Analytics Lead will have the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilising Adobe Analytics to track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics
- Adept at transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions
- A proven track record in managing and interpreting data within an e-commerce environment (experience in retail or a similar field is highly desirable)
THE BENEFITS
The successful eCommerce Digital Analytics Lead will receive a salary of up to £50,000, plus an array of additional benefits.
