This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced E-commerce professional to take the next step in their career. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the company’s digital operations, managing product launches and ensuring the online store is perfectly optimised to drive sales and engagement. You’ll work closely with the Chief Digital Officer and other key teams to ensure that all products and campaigns are expertly showcased across their own website and third-party platforms.
Key Responsibilities…
- Oversee product launches, ensuring everything is live on time and presented beautifully across multiple platforms.
- Support the digital team in optimising the website’s layout and product display, ensuring bestsellers and new arrivals are highlighted to maximise sales.
- Help to enhance the online shopping experience through visual merchandising, improving search functionality, and offering cross-sell/upsell recommendations.
- Manage the creation and refresh of homepages, landing pages, and promotional content to align with marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate product shoots, ensuring samples are prepared and products are styled to represent the brand’s vision.
- Keep the site on-brand, ensuring all content and imagery reflect the company’s high visual standards, while suggesting improvements to boost performance.
What You’ll Need…
- At least 3 years of Shopify experience in a fashion or beauty e-commerce role.
- A strong understanding of SEO and content writing to ensure product pages are optimised for performance.
- Familiarity with tools like GA4, Google Merchant Centre, and Google Search Console.
- A good eye for detail, with a solid understanding of visual merchandising and on-brand presentation.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- A commercial mindset, always focused on what’s driving sales and how to improve the online experience.
- Strong communication skills to keep teams updated on progress and insights.
