This company is a high-end, luxury skincare brand, seeking an experienced and innovative eCommerce Lead to drive our digital growth across Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) websites and Amazon. As a key leader within the brand, you'll not only ensure the smooth running of the online presence but be instrumental in the next phase of the brands global expansion. This role requires a visionary thinker, problem solver, and a results-oriented leader with a deep understanding of the digital landscape.
What You'll Do:
Lead and Innovate:
- Shape the digital direction of the brand, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- Oversee external agencies in enhancing and optimising the performance, user experience, and design of the digital platforms.
Drive Strategy:
- Create and execute cutting-edge e-activation plans for the DTC websites, ensuring they align with broader marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement a winning Amazon strategy, from product listings to advertising and inventory management.
Optimise for Success:
- Leverage data insights to enhance customer journeys, optimise conversion rates, and drive profitability.
- Communicate performance metrics and insights clearly, collaborating effectively with commercial, marketing, and management teams.
Own Digital Marketing:
- Manage all aspects of eCommerce digital marketing, including SEO, paid media, CRM, email marketing, and more. Your goal: to boost traffic, conversion, and engagement.
Collaborate & Thrive:
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams - marketing, commercial, and finance - to ensure flawless execution of online campaigns, inventory management, and business analysis.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven Track Record: Over 5 years of experience in managing eCommerce for consumer brands, ideally within the luxury or beauty sector.
- Tech Expertise: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Plus, and Amazon Seller Central to make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Digital Marketing Prowess: Hands-on experience in paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing, and CRM strategies, with a focus on eCommerce platforms.
- Amazon Marketplace Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Amazon marketplace management, including listing optimisation, AMS, and FBA/FBM.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Analytical thinker, comfortable with data tools, and capable of identifying insights that drive growth and performance optimisation.
- Collaborative Spirit: Excellent team player, with the ability to work effectively across different teams, ensuring shared goals are met.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: Passionate about beauty, proactive, hands-on, and eager to build something exceptional from the ground up.
