ECommerce and Marketing Graduate

Location: Bedford

Job Type: Permanent, Office Based

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (1hr lunch)

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000

Our Bedford based client, a thriving food retailer dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional service to their customers, is seeking an ECommerce and Marketing Graduate to join their team on a permanent basis.

In this position, you'll play a pivotal role in driving online sales and enhancing brand visibility. You'll work closely with their Business Development Manager to streamline online business operations and implement effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

ECommerce:

• Manage online orders, stock availability, and provide customer service.
• Coordinate couriers, generate shipping labels, and update product and promotional info.
• Collaborate with the sales team on pricing, promotions, and maintain reports/KPIs.
• Stay current on Shopify and Etsy SEO techniques and implement new tools like screen recording apps.

Marketing Support:

• Manage and update the online product catalogue, enhancing listings with images and video.
• Support SEO strategies, drive web traffic, and generate leads through promotions.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns, creating engaging content (graphics, videos, GIFs).
• Assist with marketing strategy, admin tasks, and Adobe Creative Suite artwork.

Requirements:

• Degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, particularly in food retail.
• Proficient in Shopify, Etsy, SEO, and website analytics tools.
• Strong communication, creativity, multitasking, and organisational skills.
