We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented eCommerce Merchandiser to drive online sales growth and optimise the digital presence for this Kilburn-based builders merchant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of SEO, merchandising, and eCommerce expertise to develop and execute strategies that enhance website traffic, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities of the eCommerce Merchandiser:
- Develop and implement comprehensive eCommerce strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
- Optimise website content, product descriptions, and metadata to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage product assortment with help of assisted software.
- Create engaging product displays and promotions to drive customer interest and increase sales.
- Analyse website performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, and Customer Support to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with eCommerce industry trends and best practices.
Desired Skills andQualifications:
- Proven experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation.
- Knowledge of paid advertising channels (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising).
- Experience with content management systems (CMS).
