You’ll also be responsible for supporting the Development team to provide innovative technical solutions. We imagine that you’ll have a strong background in Project Management within the Digital Agency / eCommerce, confident in ensuring project delivery, client satisfaction and driving continuous improvement.To prove successful in this exciting new role, we anticipate that you’ll have some of the following skills, knowledge and experience:

• Successful background and experience of delivering exceptional projects in an eCommerce / Digital Agency environment.
• 2-3 years commercial experience of delivering solutions with eCommerce platforms.
• Extensive experience of scoping and managing technical projects.
• Experienced in taking a lead role within a small team of Project Managers and comfortable supporting and advising the Board about the strategic direction of the business.
• The ability to focus on multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

Other skills / experience which could prove beneficial to this role would be:

• SEO / GTM / PPC experience.
• eCommerce qualifications / accreditation.
• Digital Marketing experience.
• Commercial mindset to help continue the growth of the business.
