Ecommerce Support Agent
Location: Tachbrook Park, Warwick
Type: Permanent, Full-time, Hybrid - 4 days on site
Salary: £23,400 - £25,000 (Dependent on experience)

Join our team as an Ecommerce Support Agent, where you’ll play a crucial role in supporting customers and promoting our wide range of products. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer service and support via phone and email.
- Resolve order-related queries, handle refunds, and follow up on deliveries.
- Liaise with dealers to ensure prompt order fulfillment and re-scheduling as needed.
- Manage administration tasks related to customer orders.
- Continuously suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
