Economist Analyst - Robert Walters : Job Details

We are currently partnering with a billion £ turnover international oil and gas business.

Based at Central London offices this is a newly created role as a result of ongoing investment and growth

it is an incredibly exciting time for the business with a large scale , unique high level project just been approved for implementation

Reporting into Senior Management , the role provides huge exposure to working with senior leadership across the global group.

As Economist Analyst you will be responsible for implementing new economist models for emerging business and new initiatives on an ongoing basis.

You will also be asked to perform economic evaluations of projects to support profitability and assess economic valuations of assets

Key responsibilities will also include the following

Preparation of investment proposals

Maintenance of economic models to support lenders reporting and project financing.

Produce planning, budgeting forecasting to support business plans

Conduct on going analysis and financial impact assessments to support commercial and strategic decision making

This is a 'meaty; and pivotal role within the group and requires top talent -bright driven, commercially astute individuals who possess a number of years relevant experience as an Economist Analyst

We are ideally seeking those from the energy sector - oil and gas / mining or alternatively a regulated industry more widely

You will have the opportunity to work as part of an exceptional team of talent - based in Central London with 3 days required in the office
