Our SEND service is looking for a dedicated and passionate Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) Coordinator to join our team and help us create a positive impact today!
This is a full-time, permanent position (36 hours per week).

The Role:
In this role, you will manage a caseload of children and young people with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs). Your responsibilities will span the full process from statutory assessment through to placement, ensuring that all statutory requirements are met and that the final EHCPs are comprehensive and high-quality.
You’ll work closely with families, schools, and a wide range of partner agencies, including health and social care services, to ensure coordinated and effective support. Key responsibilities include:

To succeed in this role, you must be highly organised with strong case management skills, capable of handling complex cases and navigating the EHCP process with confidence. You should have a proven ability to work collaboratively with a range of professionals, parents, and agencies, providing expert guidance and support.
