Your new role

Reporting to the Claims Team Leader, you'll be working closely with the team to flag complaints when needed and ensure customers are treated fairly. You'll also keep up to date with the Claims Portfolio and share relevant information to help support underwriting and claims decisions.

Other responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve EL/PL claims, minimizing leakage while providing excellent claims handling service.

  • Identify coverage issues, ensuring the company’s liability aligns with contractual commitments.

  • Pursue subrogation, contribution, and recovery opportunities where appropriate.

  • Manage claims and material issues to resolve and settle claims cost-effectively.

  • Ensure timely responses to claims fees, advices, and stakeholder requests in line with service standards.

  • Accurately reserve claims to maintain clear visibility of the company's liability.

About you

We’d love to hear from you if you have great investigation skills, good communication skills, and enjoy building strong relationships to support others.

Other skills you'll need:

  • Experience dealing with policy coverage

  • Experience dealing with liability negotiations

  • Ability to use MS office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
