The ideal candidate will have experience in aerospace or a similar industry, with a strong background in electrical design and systems integration.Key Responsibilities:Design and Development:Develop and design electrical systems and components for business class seating, including power distribution, lighting, controls, and in-seat entertainment systems.Create detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and harness designs using CAD software.System Integration:Integrate electrical systems with mechanical and software components to ensure seamless operation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and functionality.Compliance and Standards:Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., FAA, EASA).Conduct safety and reliability assessments to meet certification requirements.Prototyping and Testing:Develop and oversee the prototyping of electrical systems.Conduct testing and validation of electrical systems, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the development process.Documentation:Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.Maintain accurate records of design changes and updates.Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical design engineering, preferably in the aerospace industry or a related field.If this opportunity sounds of interest to you, please can you send me your latest CV to
