Due to continued growth and expansion. Our client is now looking to bulk out their engineering division to support current and future engineering projects in the UK.

Working within an established engineering and projects team you will play a pivotal role working on control panel systems carrying out modifications, fault finding and minor electrical installations. You will have strong commercial or industrial electrical experience working on 3 phase machinery and have experience working with PLC hardware.

What's involved for the Electrical Engineer…

• Working on industrial and commercial control panel systems
• Carrying out modifications, repairs, maintenance and installations
• Test products, troubleshoot potential issues, and report malfunctions to minimize problems.
• Maintaining equipment in factory and across customer sites
• Travel to customers sites to carry out engineering duties

What you'll need…

• Must have 3 phase electrical experience
• PLC knowledge advantageous
• 17th or 18th edition qualified
• Panel wiring experience advantageous
• JIB card ideal but not essential
• CSCS card ideal but not essential
• Strong experience within industrial or commercial electrical engineering or a related field.
• Experience with electrical hardware components
• Ability to read and understand product schematics, assembly instructions, and electrical drawings.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel for site visits and installations.
