What You Will Do:

• Validate power supply architecture reliability and electronic parts circuit confirmation.
• Confirm layout of wiring loom and harness parts, ensuring functionality, performance, and reliability meet design standards and regulatory requirements.
• Create and implement test plans and procedures aligned with project milestones.
• Formally report test results to design sections and upper management, including root cause investigation and recommendations for countermeasures.
• Provide technical support to production plants and field investigation support as needed.
• Manage suppliers and ensure the quality of electrical systems meets company standards.

What You Will Bring:

• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience in electrical engineering.
• Understanding of electrical theory and operation of electronic devices.
• Experience with automotive CAD tools and electrical and electronic system development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with practical experience in using tools and techniques.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and the ability to travel as required.
