Their impressive client portfolio and forward book includes a vast range of exciting projects. The successful applicant will be working on an array of commercial, and high-end residential properties.

To be considered, you will need a minimum of 2 years’ electrical estimating experience, and the overwhelming desire to build a long term career in this vital and special role.

So, what responsibilities await the successful candidate?

• Preparation of Tender Cost reports
• Assisting with vetting incoming tenders / offers from supply chain whilst ensuring the most viable offer is included in the submission
• Assisting with the preparation and issue of supplier enquiry pack
• Production of bills of quantities, and schedules of work
• Drafting contractor proposal documents to support bids
• Assist with estimating costs, duration and risks associated with each bid
• Arranging and chairing tender adjudication meetings

What’s required?

• City & Guilds level 3 in an electrical related discipline
• 2 (or more) years’ experience gained within a similar capacity
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Exemplary numerical and IT skills
• An amazing sense of perfection
• AND…………….A shockingly brilliant sense of humour
