Electrical maintenance engineer - Randstad Construction & Property : Job Details

Are you an experienced building services, maintenance engineer?

Join my leading, UK FM providers team on a large static site in the City of London.

• • £43k-£45k (dependant on experience & qualifications)
  • Static high end commercial office space in EC3 postcode
  • Monday - Friday (days only) - Plenty of overtime available in evenings & weekend (non-compulsory)

  Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, implementing timely and effective solutions to minimise downtime.
• PPM activities to extend the lifespan of electrical equipment and systems, including: UPS, transformers, Circuit breakers, distribution boards/panels and HVAC power supply.

Requirements:

• NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
• 17th or 18th edition
