Electrical Maintenance Engineer - HAMILTON ROWE RECRUITMENT SERVICES LTD : Job Details

This is an exciting opputunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services company on one of there well established contracts within the City of London. The Electrical Maintennace Engineer will work on a prestigous site as part of an ever growing maintenance team. This is an opputinity for an Electrical Maintennace Engineer to join one of the largest building service providers in the UK who are well renowned for progressing their engineers with additional training and career development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site, being part of the engineering team. Working Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm the maintenance engineer should be Electrically biased, holding City and Guild / NVQ and have at least 5 years experience within relevant fields.

Main duties:

• PPMs & Reactive maintenance
• Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests),
• Test UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm ,sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation
• Organising subcontractors
• Quotations
• Health & Safety
• Logbooks
• Risk assessments
• Permits to work

Requirements:

• City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations
• Career driven and motivated
• Polite and personable
• Apprentice trained (desirable)

Salary and Benefits:

• £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday 8 - 5
