Electrical Maintenance Engineer - HAMILTON ROWE RECRUITMENT SERVICES LTD : Job Details

This is an exciting opportunity for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services on their established contract in Stratford. Working for a market leader in building services maintenance, this offers the successful engineer a great chance to work on a prestigious site as part of a growing maintenance team, with all the opportunities of personal training and development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site, being part of the engineering team. The maintenance engineer should be Electrically biased, holding City and Guild / NVQ qualifications and have at least 3 years experience in the maintenance sector.

Main duties

• PPMs & Reactive maintenance
• Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation
• Organising subcontractors
• Quotations
• Health & Safety
• Logbooks
• Risk assessments
• Permits to work

Requirements:

Salary and Benefits:

• £49,000 - £45,000 per annum
• Monday - Friday, split shift (7 - 4, 8 - 5)
• Overtime
• Training
