A brand new exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join my client based in Dudley. They are a growing SME looking to invest time and training into the right candidate.

This is a great opportunity if you are a strong Electrical Engineer looking for a days based, hands-on maintenance role.

The ideal candidate will ideally have a minimum of 2 years' experience within maintenance, come from a FMCG or food background, and be able to hit the ground running.

Role Description

• As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring production equipment is maintained to as high standard ensuring the smooth running of the plant
• Involved in projects
• Installation work
• Responding efficiently to breakdowns and carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults

Skills and Qualifications

• Packaging, FMCG or Food background ideal
• Electrical qualifications - 18th Edition or equivalent
• General PLC knowledge
• Fault finding capabilities
• Experienced working on pumps, inverters, fillers, depallitizers, labelers, conveyors
