Electrical Maintenance Technician - Baltic Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Baltic Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our industry leading manufacturing client with their search for an Electrical Maintenance Technician.

Key Duties:

• Execute maintenance duties as directed by Maintenance Manager/Lead Engineers.
• Follow maintenance schedules as outlined.
• Inspect and verify status of employer assets.
• Make electrical repairs and adjustments as required.
• Respond to company's maintenance emergency needs.
• Coordinate efforts across maintenance staff to make sure all tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
• Installation work.
• Must be happy to work day shift Monday-Friday, working 8 hour shifts. Also a requirement to work a 6am-6pm day shift once per week depending on business needs/projects etc.

Key Requirements:

• Apprentice trained, Electrical HNC qualification.
• Significant maintenance knowledge and experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Practical hands on approach to problem solving.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and PLC fault finding.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to follow a maintenance schedule and reactive maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.

The Package:

• £41,500 per annum + OT.
• Day shift role Monday-Friday, working 8 hour shifts. Requirement to work a 6-6 day shift once a week.

• 22 days holiday + bank holidays. +1 extra day after 5 years service.
