Multi-skilled Shift Electrical Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced Multi-skilled Shift Electrical Engineer to deliver maintenance services to a variety of clients in South London. In this role, you will provide both reactive and proactive multi-skilled maintenance across electrical and mechanical disciplines, ensuring the smooth operation of all essential equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct maintenance, repairs, modifications, and installations of electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation plant.
• Calibrate and optimize equipment to ensure reliability and maintainability.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests as well as proactively manage planned maintenance.

Shift Pattern:

• 4 x 12-hour days, 4 off, 4 x 12-hour nights, 4 off.

Essential Qualifications & Certifications:

• Valid GOLD JIB Card.
• NVQ Level 3 with relevant electrical/electronic components.
• C+G 2357 NVQ3 Diploma.
• C+G 2360 Parts 1 & 2.
• C+G 2356 Level 3 (or equivalent Mech to Elec conversion course).
• IEE 18th Edition Regulations.
• Full UK driving license.

Skills & Attributes:

• Proven experience in a multi-skilled engineering role, with both electrical and mechanical expertise.
• Ability to work effectively in a shift pattern and manage workload during day and night shifts.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to maintain high standards of safety and quality.
